Pros

-The company is quite generous with the pay considering their basic, allowances and the service charge. -There is a degree of closeness within the department I was in, which can also be observed in other departments. -There is a lot of opportunity to learn within the company DEPENDING ON which department you are under (HR, Operations, Admin, IT, Marketing, Accounting, etc.)

Cons

-The different departments (as mentioned in the Pros section) act independently of each other. -There is no teamwork within the company. -The different departments are not supportive of one another and do not support each other with their needs. -A lot of overtime work for some departments (especially HR and Marketing) -The different departments are located in closed rooms, meaning there is no sense of camaraderie. -The Operations employees are too independent and stubborn, difficult to work with. -The Accounting employees are difficult to engage with or even contact. -Many of the employees in higher positions are unapproachable, unreasonable, or anal.
