Pros

One of the best things about The Bridge is that it offers professional growth opportunities for its staff. Staff can start in one position and through hard work and commitment be promoted to another, and another and another. The Bridge also invest in training and training opportunities for its staff. This is a mutually beneficial exchange that staff have the opportunity to take advantage of, and it goes hand in hand with promotion and growth within the company.

Cons

Some administrative processes could be more streamlined and performed more timely. While I understand the responsibility of due diligence and dependence on external forces, lengthy review and approval processes delays the good work the agency is striving to accomplish.

Pros

The Bridge is, without a doubt, one of the best places to work! In my 20+ years of experience, I've never encountered an organization so true to its mission statement and so genuinely invested in the well-being of both the people it serves and its incredible staff. I absolutely love what I do, and the support from upper management and HR has been truly unparalleled!

Cons

Working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and temperaments can make it challenging to focus on the bottom line. Additionally, the lengthy hiring background process can sometimes discourage well-qualified candidates.
