Pros

The salary and benefits are very competitive. The organization treats their staff very well. Was voted one of the top 100 places to work in Boston three years in a row. Lots of perks.

Cons

Many managers are driven by the concept of perfection. That is an inspiring notion, but their definition of perfection changes frequently. Many, many people in leadership positions are involved in all levels of work, so there is often an overload of inconsistent feedback.
