Pros

Strong culture of collaboration. Good benefits. Amazing building and really great atmosphere to go to work to every morning. The proximity to MIT and the connections to other major hospitals bring in an air of privilege and importance of the work -- helps with motivation on a bad day.

Cons

Somewhat weak administration. Recent high-level turnover and a series of questionable financial decisions. Funding is largely based on private philanthropy and federal grants, so jobs seem to come and go with the general economic climate.
