Pros

The team was amazing! They made the work so much more enjoyable especially when dealing with really intense cases.

Cons

It’s Social work. It’s hard and stressful and emotionally draining, but a the Buckeye Ranch is a great place to do all of that at.

Pros

This is is great place to explore the field of social work if it's a field you are interested in. You get to work directly with the youth, as well as social workers and clinicians. You have the ability to plan activities with the youth.

Cons

The lack of support from upper management is appalling. People drop like flies because of the lack of support and poor pay. Turnover is naturally high in social services, but I have never seen anything this bad.
