While we serve children and families in a number of cities in Ohio, we do not provide services in Chicago, Illinois, nor is our CEO located there. Our goal is always for children to receive the care and support that they need during a very difficult time in their life.

      Pros

      Hands On with families, diverse situations, exposure to many assests of social work. You meet a lot of different people and gain exposure on how to handle many different situations

      Cons

      Overworked, overwhelmed, understaffed. Underpaid. Undersupported. In your interview you are old you will have 15 cases maximum and be paid for any over it. You will be lucky if you have less than 18 and if you make any money for your bonus cases. The expectations of the job are outrageous and extremely stressful.
