      Pros

      I am surrounded by people who are dedicated to their jobs and coworkers. The Ranch is constantly working to improve clinicians skills to help them more effectively do their jobs and provide positive outcomes for families. The agency and small groups within the agency take extra time to plan fun events for staff appreciation. The work is difficult and stressful and rewarding when families are able to make positive changes. They also provide really great health insurance.

      Cons

      Flexible scheduling can take time to figure out how to have sustainable work life balance.

While we serve children and families in a number of cities in Ohio, we do not provide services in Chicago, Illinois, nor is our CEO located there.
