I would say, when the program is working its fantastic. I feel like when you feel like you are surrounded by a good team, the work isn't so bad.

Cons

The work is very strenuous, some of the youth that are there really need to be in a different type of establishment. Not for the weak of heart for sure.

Great coworkers, nice school tuition reimbursement if you attend OSU, great PTO.

Cons

Hard to take days off due to demands of the job. Change is slow to happen even when concerns are listed in anonymous surveys.
