MANAGEMENT, MANAGEMENT, MANAGEMENT. Supervisors are not accessible. Training is the absolute worse I have ever experienced. Staff tend to be quite young as it's their first job out of college.

It's always working with the children , I enjoyed. Building relationships and rapport with the children.

Cons

The pay, there was no communication. Although you have a boss they have the staff run the unit. It a mean girl deal going on. The bully the children, and the staff have rafts within the staff. Seen a girl get jumped there and it was really messy, unprofessional, toxic, and draining. I've heard of the buckeye ranch for years and was excited, the training was Awesome however it wasn't what it appeared afterwards. NEXT
