Pros

Salary is competitive for the area. Company is always looking to improve

Cons

The 401k match is not guaranteed and is discretionary. It's deposited once a year and might not even occur Vacation will not carry over and only 5 days of sick time can carry over. 42 hours a week minimum and you have to clock in and out to prove it.

Pros

none, It is one of the worst companies I've ever worked for in my life. Lots of gossip and backstabbing. One of the darkest times in my life.

Cons

horrible management, "commitment program," unrealistic expectations, The pay is low and in order to make commission, the quotas are almost impossible to meet.

Pros

The company itself is awesome. Lots of room for growth. They are very supportive of wanting people to succeed.

Cons

My store manager was bipolar and we couldn't do anything right. We had to live, eat and breath our store. I stayed for a couple of years cause of the company in general.
