Pros

Amazing coworkers. Upbeat attitudes. Meet a lot of new people and it's not a horrible job. You get chances to move up and flexible schedule.

Cons

Commission based with not a high base pay. If your store is slow, you can't help but think you're being ripped off. However, if your store is busy it could be good for you as the clothes are expensive. High pressure to sell as much as possible.

Company is not realistic about goals (sometimes you can do everything right and still not sell enough, that’s not acceptable in managements opinion) Absolutely ZERO work life balance. You will live at the Buckle if you are full time. Very little consistency from store to store.
