Pros

40% discount Meet all kinds of people.

Cons

Lucky to get 1 weekend off a month. From October- January you work every weekend because of holidays. The pay is NOT good for how hard you work. As a key holder you are expected to approach shoplifters, they tell you not to but then get mad if you don't... they keep nothing confidential. Everyone knows everybody's business. Most of the store managers are fake, act buddy buddy but yet will throw each other under the bus before you can even blink an eye. Turn over rate is unbelievable.

Pros

Loved all my co-workers!

Cons

Part of the job is being very hands on with customers! If a customer told me she was just looking I was instructed to press her for details or bring her outfits or tell her about things she obviously didn't care about.

Pros

Discount on clothing. Training is extensive but gives pretty good skills that can transfer easily to other career paths.

Cons

Everything else. No work life balance. No opportunities to move up. Terrible hours.
