Pros

Coworkers were some of the best, most supportive people I've ever met. You meet a lot of interesting people. Great job for making friends and maintaining a social life.

Cons

The management at the store I worked at wasn't very helpful or encouraging. Little to no training High turnover rate Lies about pay raises every 6 months even if you're hitting sales goals.

Pros

Benefits & discount are good

Cons

If you want to move up in position they require you to move out of the area. I worked there for a few years & when they change managers they won't promote from within the store, they only bring in from other locations which doesn't make sense if you already live in that town. Very discouraging.

Pros

You can make pretty good money if you work at a busy store, especially around the holidays. You also learn to become a great salesman/woman which help you wherever else you choose to go. You also learn to handle rejection really well and how to work around it.

Cons

It is commission based, so if you have bad/slow days it will reflect on your paycheck
