All Executes are action driven and started from the ground up and worked through their roles, so they know what every level of the infrastructure needs. This company stands behinds its mission statement and lives it daily through training and leading my example at all levels. They offer incentive based pay on most positions, so you feel the entrepreneurial mindset all employees have.

The Manager that I had was very helpful and always supportive. If I could have a manager like him at every job then I would be grateful. This experience has forever changed how I interact and perform at work for the better.
