Pros

The uncapped commission is probably the best part about working at Buckle. Once you get over the fact that everyone who walks in the store automatically thinks you are going to throw tons of product at them, it's actually pretty easy.

Cons

During the "slow" seasons it's hard to makes sales

Pros

Loved working there, flexible hours, work hard and get rewarded with commission, excellent work environment

Cons

Young management, moving up in the company is hard because you sell less and don't make as much, sometimes unorganized, rarely fire people (that should be)

Pros

Great environment, flexible work schedule, commission, everyone has to be positive and up lifting when working and you get a good break in between and the hours are not bad. The more you work the more you will learn and get better.

Cons

Getting the right hours and being able to make money off commission and very competitive work environment. Having to learn all the different styles of jeans and the different brands they have to offer and being able to multitask.
