Best job I could have ever asked for!

The people are awesome, SUPER flexible scheduling, fast paced, exciting, you learn something new everyday! I was never bored when we were busy.

Cons

As a full time student, working part-time and making commission was kind of hard but my paychecks were always pretty great around the holidays. Since you can't control how busy you are, it can be really hard to make good money when you are slow for a couple shifts. Another thing is that we only make $5 an hour and 3% commission. You could spend up to an hour with a guest and they only walk out with a $12 piece of jewellery when you could've been with another two or three guests. TIME IS MONEY AT BUCKLE.
