Flexible schedule, crazy good discount, incredible advancement, amazing benefits, 401k, competitive pay ... I love what I do everyday

Mt program is a mobile position, for me it works really well but I can see the challenge with that

Amazing discount for full and part-time employees and great way to show you creative fashion forward personality.

Cons

A lot of busy, unnecessary steps for employees to make sales. Teammates tend to overwhelm guests that are shopping shopping because it is store policy to show everything in the store.
