Pros
Decent pay, decent benefits, room for promotion, good training program. Detail oriented, strong value in the bottom level employee, management protective of floor level employee.
Cons
Stressful commission based sales environment, mangers are told that they need to manage more than sell when sales make up a large portion of paychecks. Management takes the word of bottom level employee over shift leaders on a consistant basis. Management sets unrealistic goals for employee sales.
