Pay is low $5.00 per hour plus 3% commission on sales. The company makes you show our guest clothing even when they tell you they don't want your help "just looking" I don't like hounding people our guests think we are doing it because we are on commission which we on are commission but I don't mind if you do not want my help or even if you don't want to buy anything management gets on us if we don't keep showing that same guest merchandise. I personally prefer to respect people's wishes rather than disregard what they are telling me to pressure them into a sale.

Very aggressive selling style, made me and lots of customers feel very uncomfortable; I tried to transfer between stores because I was moving and I was required to go through the entire hiring process over again only to be turned down..this was after being told there was room for me at this other location.
