      I am a seamstress and I really like working here. Work is very easy, mostly re hemming jeans. Can't complain.

      Pros

      Like myself, I work with very driven co-workers. Awesome discount. Able to transfer from store to store; state to state. Fast pace environment. Learn something new everyday. Everyday involves the people around you.

      Cons

      "Position" is more of a title next to your name. You are expected to know how, and do everything required on the sales floor with little or no pay increase.

      Friendly environment, customer base can be fun to work with, and rewarding, discount is generous, bonuses for recruiting

      Cons

      -Poor opportunities for development/longterm career aspirations -Management can be extremely disorganized -If full time in sales, most of your money will go towards the Buckle product, discount is "nice" but you're spending way more than you would have been without it. -Extreme pressure to keep up on latest styles at all times
