Time away from loved ones, pay raises and commission, expectation to be always up and implementing all techniques at all times

Many opportunities for growth upper management very encouraging you get to travel to other cities and cover management competitive environment benefits paid for once in management position

Cons

Long hours Training program takes 18 months relocation required Salary while in training low travel is out of pocket with reimbursement in two+ weeks retail hours
