Pros

Good discounts for employees. Working with people, pay is pretty good for people in college. I have had good luck with schedule like my times. Good co workers and leaders.

Cons

Was promised a leader promotion after a two week trail period? Then to be told to wait till after Christmas because a raise in the middle of a pay period doesn't make sense? Manager just trying to make more money for the store during the holidays. But expects me to do the leader role of impacting and leading while I wait for the raise.

Pros

Buckle offers a 40% discount to their employees. They are very easy to work with in terms of scheduling. The people you work with are always friendly and helpful. There is potential to move up the "food chain" quickly. You determine your pay as a teammate - as a manager in training you get a set hourly wage and are eligible for ovetime. As a store manager you receive a base pay and bonuses. It offers medical and dental insurance for full time employees for only $25 a paycheck for a single person. Store managers receive free health insurance.

Cons

You have to be available to work weekends. It has irregular hours and no set schedule. The only holidays the store isn't open is Christmas and Thanksgiving (depending upon the mall) and you don't get paid time and a half on other holidays.

Pros

They have an amazing scheduling system, and their benefits package is one of the best I have seen, as well as a good discount

Cons

There are a lot of politics involved, very cat like. There is a lot of drama due to the age that is employed and you need to be fake a lot
