Pros

The Buckle offers lot of opportunity for growth! Growth personally and inside the company. Everyone is always supportive and trying to get you to that next level. Full time employees also receive benefits!

Cons

Even as a rockstar sales person slow days can kill your pay check! Working on commission can be great and especially during the holiday season but on slow days you can make a little as 5/hr.

Pros

The company bent over backwards to make sure I was going to be able to work for them, they paid me what I was asking for upfront, no questions asked. They give their full time employees 40-45 hours a week. This still gives employees two days off a week just like any other non retail job would. They allow for flexible scheduling.

Cons

None that I have come across so far.
