Pros
Nice clothes, Fun, attractive people (until they steal your sales). Making friends with the people that came in the store is easy enough, but my manager forced me to cross the "recommendation of clothes line" to the YOU WILL BUY THIS NOW... Pressure is always on unless you are just born an amazing sales person.
Cons
Commission can be horrible at times, especially when they over staff the place. Sales numbers are so low sometimes I feel i was working just for the clothes that we HAD to wear. They also judge you for how you look. It's never stated outright, but if you have a bad morning where you had to get dressed in the dark, they will yell at you for it.
