Pros

Everyday is a new challenge. New goals to accomplish and things to work on. Working with people and fashion is fun, but the real reward is advancing others. It's fun to see the people you have devoted your time and energies to grow on to the next level.

Cons

It can be a time consuming deal. Working weekends is not an option. Just like running a small business, it's up to you to get it done.

Pros

You work based on how well you are able to sell merchandise. There seem to be opportunities for growth, but it is all dependent on the store you work in.

Cons

It was hard to manage time between school and working here. It takes most of your weekend, but that is similar to any job in retail.
