Pros

-Great networking job -Good discount -Commission + hourly pay -The ability to be yourself with customers -Fun atmosphere to be in -40% discount on clothing, and 35% for gift purchases

Cons

-Since you are on commission you have to put in alot of effort to get in the sales -Retail hours -Folding clothing after store closes -Slow days can hurt your wallet -Doing "pulls"(searching the store for items to ship out to other stores)

Pros

Great atmosphere, fun, lots of energy on the floor, Great Discount, A strong business and more "real" than A&F or American Eagle

Cons

Lots of pressure for sales and to balance all tasks assigned to you everyday. Part times treated unfairly compared to the leaders on the floor. Really gotta be passionate to succeed.

Pros

Best benefits package I've seen for a retail store Huge chance for growth Coworkers are usually fun and fashionable Commission based pay you create your own paycheck Lots of sales and product education daily Great discount

Cons

Will not get hired if you don't have the "look" and are introverted no matter how much experience you have Can be competitive workplace
