Pros

The people you work with are down to earth and the district manager is pretty cool. Also, you get to travel to open new stores if you are a manager in training.

Cons

The hours were never consistent. I would be told I was only working one day per weekend and ended up working the entire weekend.

Pros

Really flexible with time off, although never paid time off. Decent pay for college students

Cons

Working 362 days a year all day, 7 days a week. I was declined a management training position because the area management felt that I was not stable enough due to recently getting married. I was asked personal questions during the interview about my plans to have children.

Pros

Very generous employee discount. Fun enviornment to work in meet great people. Working in the mall you can't beat that.

Cons

Pay is so so work on commission as well, but that is a good thing, until you have people sharking your sales.
