-Unparalleled Supply Chain -Brand recognition without any type of marketing or advertising, the name carries itself. -Always opportunities to progress within the company

Cons

-Too many training systems -Constant recruiting due to high turnover -Low wages but commission pays off for average teammates that know how to sell; often better than leaders.

Fair wages with excellent opportunities for commission. Growing company with a lot of positions and opportunities for advancement. Hires great employees that makes it a fun atmosphere to work in. Good discount. Jeans for everyone and every size. It is rewarding to find someones new favorite pair of jeans.

Cons

Have high standards for how much you should sell per hour and average transaction that can be difficult some days. Have to be willing to work in a fast paced atmosphere.
