      Pros

      This was a great company to be a part of. Management values transparancy and tries very hard. Benefits are great.

      Cons

      Not many cons to be honest. Sometimes too many cooks in the kitchen as far as projects go, but overall not a big deal.

      Pros

      Great group of people and top leadership. They really do care about their people and making a positive difference in the community, both locally and among their clients. Benefits are good and flexibility is reasonable.

      Cons

      There's a great deal of technical debt and legacy issues that hold many projects back. They're being worked on, but it's a drag on productivity.

      Pros

      Decent benefits, Good location in the area, Friendly people, Flexible due to weather. Pretty much left alone in my job position

      Cons

      If you are on the lower end of the company, be prepared. Support is draining, you get yelled at a lot by customers and do not count on getting any recognition. Lousy pay.
