      Our Senior Leadership Team, supervisors, and team members at many levels are enthusiastic about growing and developing our Company through technological advances, career development, and training courses. We recently launched Employee Resource Groups, which provides another opportunity for development, growth, and unification of team members from various parts of the Company.

      Pros

      The people at CBORD are top notch. No exception - the engineers, designers, product teams, support folks, and leadership - they all have a driving force to serve the customer. The products we work on are important. They makes lives easier for teachers, students, healthcare workers, and patients.

      Cons

      The company is growing (and that's a good thing). With that growth comes a few small pains. Process and tools are being stretched. Not to worry, all hands are on deck and change is embraced and considered a integral part of progress.

      Pros

      Management is dedicated to the employees and makes the effort to create an environment that is built for success. Helped it's staff through the COVID months to work remotely and retargeted business strategy to evolve in the new post-covid world so that no staff were laid-off. If you want to succeed, they will make sure you have every opportunity to do so.

      Cons

      Too many meetings. Should find a way to minimize time spent in meetings, preventing work from being completed.
