      Pros

      Excellent people to work with throughout the company, both management and regular employees. Ability to work from home for some teams. I've worked for companies both large and small, CBORD isn't perfect, but it is the best that I've worked for.

      Cons

      Salary could be a little better. We have lost some good people partly because of this.

      Pros

      If you are bored here, you aren't paying attention. There's a lot of opportunity to expand your reach. Even if your assigned tasks are simple (which is rare here), you should be able to get involved in discussion and actions that will improve the work process. Get involved, and you'll be noticed. Management is driven to succeed but generally sympathetic to individuals. A great many software technologies are in use - there's always opportnity to learn more.

      Cons

      2016-2017 brought a lot of change and some layoffs - not generally due to financial stress, but rather, due to change in priorities.

      Pros

      Lots of exciting new projects and products driven by a highly motivated management team. Company growth is improving, the culture is modernizing, and the people are motivated to make great things happen.

      Cons

      The tight labor market and recent changes have left many holes in historical knowledge and experience.
