      Pros

      Everyone I have met is great. This is not your normal corporate setting. All C level people are easily accessible, and Jim Hoefflin is a fantastic president too. Everyone, including Jim, is sincerely invested in helping you to succeed. I highly recommend working here.

      None, and I'm only writing this whole thing out because Glassdoor makes you put at least 5 words here.

      Loyalty for service is gone, can be replaced in an instant

      Many of CBORD's employees have worked 10, 15 and more years and their service is recognized and valued. While the company strives to develop new talent and resources, the value of loyal, trusted employees is not overlooked or replaced.

      Pros

      Love the open door policy and communication. Managers are very flexible, just have to communicate your needs. Great place to work in the Ithaca area. Managers and colleagues are supportive and a pleasure to work with. Family culture. Work hard and you'll be rewarded, but you have to step up and speak up.

      Cons

      Pay is a bit low for the national average. Although they are working to improve the process, I wish there were more training opportunities that are more in depth.
