The majority of the people I worked with at CBORD were great. Both kind and skilled.

Cons

There were a few people who were not great team players and were challenging to work with.

The CBORD Group Response

Ensuring that individuals fit their teams and adapt to change is very important. CBORD has a performance review system in place to evaluate new employees and provide two-way feedback between managers and employees. Teamwork is essential to productivity and meeting customer expectations.

A shake-up in management recently has lead to a lot of unease No longer any feeling of job security, despite assurances that those who work hard will be rewarded, many hard workers were fired.

The CBORD Group Response

Change in management and structure usually causes anxiety. Personnel changes have to be made at times in order to improve the company and remain competitive. Performance metrics are something that we will strive to make transparent as much as possible. CBORD provides quarterly, company-wide meetings to report and explain relevant, understandable information to its employees.

The only real pro is the people who make up the work force are wonderful.

New Upper Managements Vision is transparent as mud Low wages for job roles (additional responsibilities added with no incentive for employee to complete) Lack of internal job advancement
