      Great place to build experience.

      Pros

      Hybrid work from home policy is great with a lot of jobs requiring people to return to the office. A lot of exposure to industry practices to help build your skill set. Potential growth opportunities within the company depending on how you network and take initiative in the early days, but this fades the longer you work there.

      Cons

      Pay could be better and is much lower than what you'd expect for the type of work you will be doing and how important the work is for the business that use these systems. Favortisim is a thing, so be ready to kiss some cheeks. Learning curve can be tough. A lot of the historical knowledge is siloed. Over dependent on metrics that don't tell the whole story. A lot of pressure from upper management. Over time this pressure will suck the joy out of the job.
