Great co-workers and a new office.

Cons

Roper only provided a president who is shared between 2 companies. The focus is on the bottom line and not on innovation or the employees. The company had its 1st layoffs in company history after years of growth and profit.

Excellent culture - worker bees are great. Love the collaboration and interest people have for each other - especially in the Support area.

Cons

It takes SO LONG to get decisions made when upper management is involved. The impact on day to day work can be detrimental.
