Scheduling is flexible which is great.

Cons

I was fired on my third week because I was talking to someone at a hiring event and they were asking questions, my back was turned towards the door, which was never told to me, another employee corrected my mistake, and I fixed the way I was standing, and then he told my supervisor and I was fired!!!

They take so much money from your tips

You still have potential to make decent money.

Cons

They charge a dry cleaning fee, You are responsible for credit card fees, and take out 3% for a tip share. They definitely make enough money to pay the other employees. Usually get 50-100 taken out for fees a day. Also provide your own “on brand” pens that you have to keep replacing.

Usually, it wasn't too stressful, and the food was good.

Cons

High stress, very little room to grow in certain roles. Management doesn't see the issues in the company.
