The environment is highly positive and healthy. Team members show respect and are always willing to help one another and their clients (if necessary). Overall communication is clear. The office recognizes accomplishments on a weekly basis.

Pros

They are very communicative at Cardinal. While it was an in home setting, they made sure that my needs were met while being flexible.

Cons

No health insurance, but they are flexible with time off and seeing where you can make up missed hours.
