      High employee turnover for a good reason- treated as entirely expendable. Massive Overhiring, no lunches, etc.....

      Pros

      Strong business- Managers can be very helpful (if you are on their good side... VERY important). Nice place to work if you enjoy the atmosphere. Good hours (once again, if you're liked...). Your experience here is HIGHLY contingent upon being favored by individual managers.

      Cons

      Profits come before anything and everything else. There was a huge amount of overhiring, probably because they treat their employees as expendable and easily replaceable. NO lunches, NO required breaks.

      Pros

      Leadership, organization, team structure. They really want the whole restaurant to succeed~including you! They stand behind you, train you, and want you to deliver a world-class dining experience with a fantastic product

      Cons

      none. you know what you signed up for and with over 20 years in the service industry, I found it to be one of the best. Keep in mind there will always be some that you don't like to work with. With that said, it is a great place to work! The management team is top-notch. They really encourage talent!
