Pros

The only pros of working here are a flexible schedule and the fact that you can make between $500 to $1,000 a week depending on how hard you work as a server

Cons

It is a very busy restaurant and they do not give too many chances if you mess up.

Pros

Easy to get time off since there are lots of servers. Flexible with schedules and being a student. Fast paced environment and usually always busy. Never had to worry if we were going to get business.

Cons

Easy to burnout. Asked to work all major holidays. Requires you to claim based off of your sales for the shift, not how much you actually made. Often was the case that I had to claim more than I made. Lead Servers were often in charge of the schedule, so politics involved in getting good shifts.
