Pros

Everything! Yes I had my bad days but over all I loved the atmosphere and the people I worked with! The managers and GM as well made that place home away from home! I love the company and I loved working there! We were a new store and when I had to leave (about a year later) a lot of the people who started with me were still there! If you have every really worked in a big,busy restaurant you know servers don't seem to last to long but this company took care of me and im sad were not close enough to another one so I could have transferred! I recommend this company all the way!!!

Cons

I have nothing bad to say! You have good days as a server and you have bad but I love this company!

Pros

Management cares about employees, and before each shift there is a team rally to discuss relevant points for the upcoming shift and boost morale to ensure a productive experience for everyone. Teamwork is very encouraged, which fosters an environment that is great to work in. Lots of money can be made. Free meal on doubles.

Cons

Very fast-paced, extremely extensive menu if you are a server. Must put in the effort, but you will reap the results.

The food is delicious, so the name and product sell themselves. Management on every level treat you with respect. Great health insurance benefits. Hot Schedules make it easy to request time off, swap shifts, communicate with team. Very fast paced, there is always something to do.

Cons

The expectations are very high, so if your standards as an employee are low, don't bother applying.
