Pros

The money, when it's busy, is quite good. They also don't expect to reinvent the food-service wheel.

Cons

It's a corporate restaurant, with all the pitfalls that go along with it.

Pros

Apart from selling some of the finest restaurant food in the country, the online scheduling, electronic POSitouch system, and a well-organized system are some of the things that make working at the Cheesecake Factory fun. Everything is usually neat and tidy, and you know where to find what you need. The clientele is mostly generous for good service and thankful for a great meal.

Cons

Some managers can critique your mistakes too much. Workplace favoritism is sometimes grotesquely evident. The uniforms must always be white. They can be expensive to replace.
