      Its a good part time job if can withstand corporate policies

      Pros

      Flexibility, can set your schedule for the most part, always busy and shifts to pickup. Tip percentage is average. You can easily relocate to other states and work for CheeseCake.

      Cons

      Very corporate and can get written up for the smallest mishaps or misunderstandings. They do NOT recognize their employees for hard work, and play favorites.

      Pros

      free meal every shift is a plus, although it is not too healthy. Hard work gives you a sense of accomplishment.

      Cons

      hard work. Don't look for a job here if you want an easy paycheck. Work is satisfying if you can move around a bit. The same thing every day gets old.
