Super stressful, huge workload, not everyone pulls their weight-they promote family members

Remote work, Cigna provides equipment, flexibility

Cons

Subpar health insurance for a company in the business, they offer high deductible plans with 50% coverage in and out of network or a copay plan with NO out of network coverage- they constantly have doctors and hospitals not in Cigna network- super stressful place to work- seems to promote family or relatives consistently. Workload is high. Very passive aggressive atmosphere.
