- Multicultural environment - Best insurance cover I had ever had - Exposure - Great global teams - Paid time off for study leave - Reimbursement for education fees - Pension (though a bit low) - Work is measured against performance so it was objective - A lot of self development courses

Cons

- No work-life balance - Low salary - Laughable salary increments that come with promotions - HR lacks empathy, professionalism and is a bully - Unrealistic targets - Always on mentality - Off-boarding is terribly done - 6 day work week - Forced company retreats on your day off
