      Nothing at all. Flexibility at work for some

      Cons

      The company is going down the slide. The senior management has no hold on the internal work environment neither the business part. No new development is shared with employees. Health spring has not paid bonuses to their employees neither the variable pay for over one year now. The company is solid crunch of funds. The normal travel expenses of employees takes more than 6 months to release. The company is facing a major fund crisis.

      Good benefits - pay is good and holiday is generous. Bonus likely every year too. Friendly staff

      Cons

      Management can lack transparency, Plymouth office is closing so no job opportunities - and we're all being made redundant. Lack of inclination to train staff that have been inadequately trained or make lots of mistakes.
