Pros

Cigna does it's best to offer career progression and development opportunities but can be limited by size. Employees are encouraged to own their roles, shape them and be innovative, new ideas are encouraged. HEAPS of effort is put into health and wellbeing initiatives and staff benefits.

Cons

Some teams operate in silos and are very protective of their departments

Cons

Heavy workload , persistent 'reminders ' from nurse mangers how to do your job !! Lack of flexibility in working pattern (they say there is but it's what they want you to think till it's too late )
