* The company's early career development programs are excellent! * Inclusive company culture * The company focuses on bringing a caring mentality to its clients, and so this vibe translates to the employees more times than not * Flexible role rotation options if you aren't happy with your current role work * Yearly bonuses based on the company's performance

Cons

* Pay is not as competitive as they like to make it seem * Medical/Dental premiums are high, even with a high deductible...which is ironic considering that this is an insurance company * The "Return to Work" initiative (currently) requires employees to be in the office 3 days each week, where Tuesdays and Wednesdays must be 2 of the 3 days
