Culture of very slow decision making. Clorox brings in too much inexperienced talent, so you get too many mediocre performers hiding out all over the company. Very beaurocratic. Many different levels of management manage too few people at each level. Cheap. Weak 401k matching system. Too little celebrating successes, not enough money put behind the celebrations that do occur.

It can be political. We do many, many forecasts. If you are not wanted, they will do everything they can to drive you out. Promotions and moving up is not clearly define since there are ways to move up with out following policies and guidelines. If they don't like you, you can be stuck in one job for years. Senior Management claims they support work/life balance, but will make you get your work done before you can have a life.
