Pros

Great brands, solid name recognition, global footprint and exposure, and surprisingly complex work for a beverage company.

Cons

Management is generally clueless and stuck in the 1990s, extreme levels of arrogance and ignorance throughout the company, a select few receive most of the benefits of working at the Company, continual cost-cutting, job compression (doing more with less and for less), compensation has been horrible for the last couple of years and continues to get worse, and too much focus on the wrong priorities. And overall, it's a declining industry that the company keeps doubling-down on.

Pros

Great Benefits (Time off, vacation buy), Resume Builder due to company's name, SAP experience. A good place to work if you want a "job" not a career with progression. Probably great for people nearing retirement, recent college graduates looking to build a resume, or job takers.

Cons

No growth opportunity at all.....unless you leave and come back. Buy why would anyone do that as the position you are hired for is where you generally stay and nothing will change. When higher level people leave the organization they expect the lower level staff to take on their work and they don't reward or promote them instead they hire from outside and your contributions get forgotten almost immediately even if you took on additional work for several months. It seems that sometimes hiring managers are punished if they want to promote someone on their team. (Ex: a new level II position is created, however, if the level I on the team gets promoted to it they won't backfill their position but no work will go away. So the manager is forced to look outside).
