Pros
Comp and benefits are good. Even pension! Low bonus paid out in 2014 Brand love - Coke is part of everyone's life. It's a little luxury that everyone can afford Location - Atlanta is low cost and cosmopolitan with great airport
Cons
Hard to make decisions because everyone passes the buck. Little diversity of leaders - even though there is alleged commitment to driving diversity and inclusion Too many reorgs - the org is always unsettled and people are afraid Not enough upward mobility unless you are on "the list" of favorites Cost cutting mentality when should be investing for growth Very low morale because business not doing as well as the Street expects
